Until now, all fields in the Client File Module required input in order to import clients. This sometimes slowed down the process when a professional user did not have all of a client’s data. We have adjusted this so that only the following basic data must always be present: a person’s name, surname, date of birth and company name in the case of a business entity. This basic data is required to start the automatic screening, but the rest of the data can be filled in later. If you also want to create a user account for your client, you will also need his or her mobile phone number for double authentication when logging in.
