Product overview and status option
It’s now possible to add a status to a product, an entire customer relationship, or a person within a customer relationship in the Client File. Products can be labeled with the status ‘inactive,’ ‘active’ or ‘refused.’ In the case of customer relationships and persons, a choice can be made between the status ‘pending’ and ‘accepted.’ We are working towards more extensive workflows in the Client File, where these statuses can be applied more and more broadly.
In addition, the Client File can now be accessed via ‘Products.’ This makes it possible, for example, to retrieve all products with a certain status.
You will find this new screen in the professional portal via Client File > Products.
